For us, design means starting from people and their working needs. Thanks to integrated design software, our team of designers and technicians develops every solution in a single digital workflow. The process runs from the space layout to the choice of products and finishes, through to production and installation. Our operational desk collections, partitions and environment systems thus come together in complete, coordinated turnkey projects, tailored to each company.

Our production facility in Vidor, in the province of Treviso, is equipped with Industry 4.0 technologies that ensure precision and quality at every stage of processing.

State-of-the-art automation systems

CNC machining centres with Panotec EVO technology, robotic assembly with millimetre precision and multi-axis drilling systems work in synergy with a smart warehouse run by Biesse automated logistics. Automated packaging lines complete the process and ensure safe shipping all over the world.

PRODUCTION PROCESS

Every project follows a precise path, from the initial analysis to the complete supply. Each stage is checked together with the client and the designers, so that the final result matches the design in every detail.

  • VALUE ENGINEERING

    An in-depth technical and economic analysis to optimise materials, performance and costs before production begins.

  • PROTOTYPE CREATION

    A full-scale prototype of the workstation or furniture element, reproducing every finish and every detail of the final environment.

  • ANALYSIS AND APPROVAL

    Functionality, ergonomics and finishes are checked together with the client and the designers, and then refined.

  • SAMPLE SHIPPING

    The approved sample is carefully packed and shipped as the reference for the entire supply.

  • COMPLETE SUPPLY

    Series production, subject to rigorous quality checks, is delivered on schedule and ready for installation.

Final turnkey phase

The path that brings a project to completion is made up of three closely connected phases, designed to ensure continuity and precision from the first step to the last.

It begins with production: every element is series-produced and subjected to rigorous quality control, so that it is fully ready before shipping.

Next comes on-site delivery and logistics: the furniture is distributed floor by floor, transported on pallets or in containers and labelled according to the destination office or area, to maintain order and traceability even in the most complex projects.

The final step is installation and assembly, entrusted to specialised teams or coordinated by a single site supervisor: this is where the turnkey project is completed, turning the delivered furniture into finished workspaces ready for use.
